Epics sit across the chain — they belong to a product and gather issues from any of its projects, so work that spans three boards is still one story.
What you get
Statuses are defined per project, not fixed by the tool. Start from a Simple, Kanban or Release Flow template and edit from there. Every column declares whether it means open, active, closed or done, so reporting works across products that name things differently.
Epics gather issues from every project in a product and carry a typed journal: decisions, blockers, risks, context, updates. Blockers and risks stay open until someone closes them with an explanation — recorded as a reply, so the original still reads as what it was.
When a PR merges, move the issue. When a card moves in Trello, move it here. Trigger, condition, action — written by you, per project. Two-way sync is loop-safe by design, and every rule keeps a log of what it did.
Roadmaps and epic status reports built from the real board — progress, people, open blockers, work by state. Print one to PDF, or publish a read-only link for a stakeholder who should never need an account. Revoke it whenever you like.
Built for how you work now
Projectrr runs a remote MCP server and a CLI that expose the same actions as the web app. Connect Claude, Cursor or anything else that speaks MCP and it reads the epic before it starts, and writes back what it decided when it's done.

Pricing
Projectrr is early, actively developed, and used every day to run real products. Everything is switched on for everyone. When paid plans arrive you'll get notice and a chance to decide — nobody gets billed by surprise.
The source is available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License: read it, fork it, run it for yourself. Commercial use needs a licence.
