Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Starkey Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”) for your use of Projectrr at projectrr.work. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Projectrr is a project tracker. It is currently in beta: it is free to use, features change, and things occasionally break. We’ll give reasonable notice before introducing charges, and you’ll never be billed without agreeing to it first.
Your account
You need an account, and you’re responsible for what happens under it. Sign-in is passwordless — keep control of the email address, identity provider account and passkeys you use to access Projectrr, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
You must be 16 or over.
Your content
Everything you put into Projectrr stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store, process, back up and display your content to you and the people you share it with.
You’re responsible for having the right to store what you upload, and for not using Projectrr to store unlawful material.
Public links. Roadmaps and epic reports you publish as share links are readable by anyone who has the link. That’s the point of them — decide accordingly.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems behind them
- disrupt the service, including by overwhelming it with automated requests
- resell or provide the service to third parties without a separate agreement with us
We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these.
Integrations
Connecting GitHub, Trello or an AI assistant is your choice, and using them is subject to their own terms. We aren’t responsible for those services, for changes they make, or for what happens to data once it reaches them.
If you connect a Claude routine, the rules you point at it send the issue’s reference, title, link and description to Anthropic under your own API token, and any usage limits or charges on that token are between you and Anthropic.
Availability
We aim to keep Projectrr up but we don’t promise any particular uptime during beta, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. We keep backups but you should keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose — the CLI and API make exporting straightforward.
Ending it
You can stop using Projectrr and delete your organization at any time; deleting it deletes its content. We may end your access with reasonable notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. If we discontinue the service, we’ll give you notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we’re not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited. Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of £100 or what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
The software licence
The Projectrr source code is licensed separately under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. These terms cover the hosted service at projectrr.work, not the source code.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Projectrr afterwards means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
